Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase every time you shop with us, but do understand that there may be an occasion when you may want to return something.

Changed your mind? Don’t need it anymore? Don’t like it?

If you want to return an item for any reason then you can return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt. If the item contains a CD or DVD then the discs must still be unused and sealed. If the item contains a download card or code for online content then that must also be unused. For returns of this nature then you will be responsible for the return postage & packing costs.

Faulty or Wrong Items

Occasionally items are faulty or supplied in error and have to be returned for exchange. We will make sure you have a replacement ASAP and you can return the faulty item free of charge.

How to Return an Item

No return will be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number. This can be requested by contacting sales@hamcor.com. We will give full return instructions with the Returns Number.

Cancelling an Order

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel the contract for the purchase of any item for any reason within fourteen calendar days of receiving the item.

This applies to all items providing they are unused and/or unread, but it does not apply to CDs or DVDs, or any item that contains a CD or DVD, if the disc has been unsealed, or any item that has a digital download if that has been used or accessed.

Please note that you will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the item unless it is faulty or we supplied it in error. You will receive your refund for the purchase price of that item within 14 days of receipt, less, if applicable, any part of the return costs not paid, providing that the item is received back in original perfect condition. If you selected an expedited outgoing shipping service then only the cost of the item will be refunded.It is advised, for your own protection, that you use a recorded or signed for delivery service when returning any item.
