Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

No, the choice is entirely up to you. Although we have many regular customers who will find it much easier with an account, you can buy without creating an account.

Why can’t I place an order by phone?

Our prices are heavily discounted and we can only achieve that by being as efficient as possible. Part of this efficiency is by not having telephone orders.

Do you offer discounts to teachers?

Since our prices are already heavily discounted there’s no room to offer further discounts to teachers, but if you look at our prices you will see that they are lower than other sites, even after you apply their teacher’s discount.

How can I check stock availability?

We only sell items that are in stock, so if you can buy it then we have it.

How long will it take for you to dispatch my order?

All orders received up to 4pm on normal weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. All orders received by 11am on Saturday will be dispatched on Saturday.
